WaterSmart Environmental, Inc. announces the completion of a feasibility study for Clark County, Nevada.  The study shows that Clark County's Sin City Las Vegas can permanently end its quest for expensive pipeline supplied water resources from unwilling farmers and ranchers.  In its place, Clark County may capture the water vapor from its several fossil fueled power plants and thereby obtain a local supply of water at a volume of almost 3 times its water allotment from Lake Mead/Colorado River.

At the completion of the project the Greater Metropolitan Area of Chicago will be producing over 2% of the world's consumption of oil and natural gas.

WaterSmart Environmental, Inc. announces the completion of the feasibility study of Biowastes-To-Renewable Energy, Biofuels, Organic Foods, and Water Independence Technology for the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.  The technology is capable of eliminating greenhouse gases from Hong Kong's five fossil fueled power plants while significantly increasing their routine balance sheet profits.  The associated electricity is distributed to citizens and businesses at the attractive rate of US$0.045/kWh. 

At the completion of the project Hong Kong will be producing 2.24% of the world's consumption of oil and 2.89% of the world's consumption of natural gas.  Hong Kong has zero reserves of both oil and natural gas.
