Biowaste Energy Regional Industrial Park
Economic Development Activities

Economic Development Activities Consist of:

  • The generation of electricity and the production of foods, fuels, and water with subsequent marketing of each product at a discount from retail.
  • The total park management of all solid and liquid wastes on a service fee basis.
Each Park Will:
  1. Accept and manage municipal solid wastes (MSW) free.
  2. Accept and manage sanitary wastes for free.
  3. Manage municipal solid wastes (MSW) through anaerobic digestion.
  4. Produce mercury free tilapia fish.
  5. Process mercury free tilapia fish.
  6. Produce Spirulina platensis microalgae.
  7. Process Spirulina platensis microalgae into animal feed.
  8. Produce Chlorella vulgaris microalgae.
  9. Process Chlorella vulgaris microalgae into biofiesel biofuel.
  10. Market biodiesel bikofuel at US$2.00/gallon.
  11. Produce Potable Water.
  12. Distribute potable water at no charge to the consumer.
  13. Produce renewable energy electricity.
  14. Market Electricity at US$0.045/kWh.
  15. Produce Renewable Methane Gas.
  16. Market Renewable Methane Gas at US$4.80/1,000 cubic feet.
  17. Produce Liquid Fertilizer Concentrate.
  18. Market Liquid Fertilizer Concentrate for free.
  19. Grow Organic Foods Within Park Greenhouse.
  20. Process Organic Foods Within Park Greenhouse.
  21. Market Organic Foods At A Discount.
    1. house To Grow Organic Foods.
    2. Produce Reverse Osmosis (RO) Water.
    3. Beneficially Use RO Water For Greenhouse Irrigation.
    4. Market Renewable Energy Credits.
    5. Treat All Associated Production and Processing Solid And Liquid Wastes By Anaerobic Digestion.
  22. Produce Organic Fertilizer.
  23. Beneficially Use Organic Fertilizer Within The Green
Project Revenues Are Realized From:
  1. Accepting Trash For A Fee.
  2. Accepting Sanitary Wastewater For A Fee.

  5. Marketing Potable Water At A Discount.
  6. Marketing Electricity At A Discount.

  9. Marketing Organic Foods At A Discount.

  1. Greenhouse Construction.
  2. Process Equipment Fabrication.
  3. Trash Processing.
  4. Fish Processing.
  5. Biodiesel Refining.
  6. Biodiesel Marketing.
  7. Potable Water Marketing.
  8. Power Generation Maintenance.
  9. Electricity Marketing.
  10. Natural Gas Marketing.
  11. Organic Foods Production.
  12. Organic Foods Processing.

Park Greenhouse Construction:
  1. Will Be Minimum Of Four (4) Stories High.
  2. Will Be Designed To Add Additional Stories As Desired.
  3. Will Be Constructed To Withstand Tornados, Category Five (5) Hurricanes, And Maximum Seismic Events.
  4. Will House All Project Operations Under One Common Roof.
