WaterSmart Involvement: Attending Established in 1976, North Carolina Rural Water Association, Inc (NCRWA) is a member-owned, nonprofit, trade association based in Welcome, North Carolina. Originally formed to be the collective voice of the water and wastewater systems across the state, NCRWA has played an active role in state and federal advocacy for the past 4 decades. The 2017 Annual Conference & Exhibition offers networking and educational opportunities for water and wastewater professionals and provides vendors a venue to showcase their products and services.
