The City of Brighton will share their first-hand experience applying for a Water Conservation Implementation Grant from the CWCB, and later transitioning their program to a citywide fully funded rollout. The City will discuss how they partnered with WaterSmart Software to provide Home Water Reports and a Customer Portal to their customers in order to encourage water use efficiency and improve customer satisfaction. This session will also demonstrate how to measure the impact of multi-channel customer engagement programs so that utility managers can understand how persistent communications affect customer satisfaction.
