TWCA Annual Convention

WaterSmart Involvement: Attending Join the Texas Water Conservation Association in Austin this March for our annual members convention. As Texas enters yet another year of potentially crippling drought we will address some of the urgent water conservation issues facing the state.  We will also have regional policy makers and water utility representatives reviewing the State Water Implementation Fund for Texas (SWIFT) loan program and what utility and other regional water authorities need to apply for funding.
