Engagement software drives significant rise in customer understanding of water use
San Francisco, CA – WaterSmart Software, the leading water utility customer engagement platform provider, today announced national survey results that reveal WaterSmart is responsible for a 36 percent increase in favorability ratings across utility customers. Survey results also show WaterSmart’s customer engagement platform produces significant benefits for utility customers:
- 86 percent of utility customers agree that WaterSmart makes it easier to understand water use;
- 66 percent of utility customers agree that WaterSmart makes it easier to save money on their water bills.

To complete this survey, WaterSmart polled 14,366 customers of its water utility partners. Respondents were asked to express their opinion of their utility both before and after implementing WaterSmart Software which revealed the increase in utility satisfaction levels.
