WaterSmart Software Ranked #10 on TalentDesk’s Best Small Companies in Austin, Texas 2019 List

Austin, TX – August 9, 2019 – TalentDesk, a job board offering extensive resources for jobseekers, has just announced the 2019 Best Companies to Work For rankings and WaterSmart Software is thrilled to have found itself at number 10 on the Best Small Companies in Austin, Texas list. 

The rankings cover thousands of job titles and locations. Multiple sources of quality were taken into consideration when determining proprietary company scores, including Glassdoor and the Better Business Bureau. Company scores reflect high levels of employee satisfaction in the workplace, including factors such as work-life balance and compensation. Out of over 22,000 companies, about 8,000 made the cut.

WaterSmart opened its first working space in Austin in 2015. Since then, we have continued to develop our local team, have grown into a larger working space, and hosted the entire team for a training in the wonderful City of Austin.

This is the first time the company has been recognized on TalentDesk’s Best Companies list.
