We continue to work closely with your team to fine tune messaging, graphics and other customizable components of Water Report content. We merge data and content to create personalized reports for each customer and then rigorously test for accuracy and relevance.
TRAINING & CONTENT DELIVERY
We conduct extensive training to make sure your staff is aware of all customer-facing materials and how to use WaterSmart’s utility-facing tools. We begin delivering reports and provide help to the utility customer support teams fielding questions on the program. We continue to work closely with all program stakeholders to optimize content and performance, while delivering program results.
We also offer a comprehensive Support Site with loads of product guides, FAQs, demonstration videos, and new product release documentation. Additionally, our built-in support system within the Utility Analytics Dashboard allows you to chat in real-time with any of our product managers whenever you have questions or problems.
