David MacDonald

David works on the Customer Success team as WaterSmart’s first customer support representative, delighting customer’s with real time assistance. His goal is to set WaterSmart apart from the rest of the water utility players by providing world class customer service the likes of which the industry has never seen. Prior to joining WaterSmart, David gathered experience as a customer support rep and project manager within multiple startups. Hailing from the east coast where he grew up in Connecticut, David is an avid sports fan and exercise junky. He holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
