Katie Grote

Katie is responsible for working with individual utility partners to ensure that the implementation process and the ongoing program are seamless and successful. Katie has over 5 years of experience in climate and energy SaaS startups growing customer relationships, overseeing software implementations, and supporting end users. Katie also served on the Sustainable Communities team at Pacific Gas & Electric company, where she managed the “Data as a Service” program to provide community-wide energy and climate data to local governments. Katie holds an MBA in Sustainable Management from Presidio Graduate School, is a former EDF Climate Corps fellow, and is a former Fulbright fellow to Potsdam, Germany. She is also a LEED AP and began her career implementing green building strategies at San Francisco’s premier remodeling firm. An outdoors enthusiast, Katie enjoys hiking, biking, backpacking, and anything involving paddling on water.
