Ora Chaiken

Ora oversees the successful implementation and continuous operation of WaterSmart’s utility partnerships. As the primary point of contact for utility clients, Ora ensures smooth day-to-day operations as well keeping an eye on overall program results for individual clients and across WaterSmart’s customer base.

Prior to joining WaterSmart in 2011, Ora worked at Stagecast Software, managing the educational software company’s corporate website and working with potential customers. Ora earlier served as director of Client Relations at Softbank Expos (Ziff-Davis), specifying and delivering online presences for technology event producers. She held a similar position at Internet Media Services and started her career at Data General, providing sales support and analysis for the computer manufacturer.

Ora holds a B.A. and M.B.A. from Cornell University and also studied at the London School of Economics. Having dipped her toes into the Atlantic, Pacific and Arctic Oceans, she hopes to experience the Southern and Indian Oceans soon.
